Cocktail enthusiasts visiting Sonoma County make a beeline to The Barlow Market District in Sebastopol, California, where Fern Bar whips up a unique take on the pre-Prohibition classic named after a men’s club in Philadelphia. “Our version includes lemon verbena in the raspberry syrup, and the dry vermouth adds some depth,” notes co-owner and general manager Sam Levy. “Our bar manager, Matt Katzin, dialed in the recipe.”
